Le Labo was born in Grasse, the capital of perfumery located in the French Riviera, but it's in NYC that Edouard Roschi et Fabrice Penot opened their first lab in 2006.
Le Labo offers a new approach to fragrances called "slow perfumery", inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi that celebrates the beauty of imperfection.
Each location is designed as a fragrance lab where it is offered to smell and touch raw materials to awake the olfactory system. Every fragrance is freshly hand-blended and each label is personalized.
Authenticity and craftsmanship is what's at the core of Le Labo: a community of craftswomen and craftsmen - the perfumer, the lab technician, the candle pourer, the rose harvester - contribute to shape the world of Le Labo.
The core of the collection consists of 18 unisex perfumes and 10 soy-based wax candles, accompanied by genderless body formulas and a new grooming line.
More than fragrances, Le Labo creates unique sensorial experiences.
Le Labo has more than 50 labs worldwide and is sold at leading department stores like Le Bon Marché, Printemps, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Harrods, etc.
